get 2 or 3 star of any animal, deliver to cripps, do supply mission sometimes, and repeat untill you've got 100/100 wares. if you got extra muscle (friends) and patience, i'd recommend that you do long distance delivery. your friends get 300 and you get 625. however, you'll need a large wagon to be able to get that amount, so best to start small first

take your time with this, you dont wanna rush it. a piece of advice, if you stumble upon morons who blow up you and your cargo, and your cargo stays intact, leave that session and join a new one. all will be fine if you do that

I use 2 navys, a lancaster, and a rolling block in most cases

@sacred patio PvE: i use either 2 LeMats or 2 Navy (its your preference), a Lancaster repeater, and a pump action/double barrel shotgun (both are also great its just preference)
As for pvp, same thing with all the weapons but sub out the repeater with either the carcano or rolling block rifle
Carcano is better but its a high rank/higher price that rolling block

Both of them are good and both have their purposes.
Carcano is more versatile and honestly, I use the Rolling for those tank build people. Usually takes three express rounds to drop them.
In my opinion for sniping a lancaster is a better backup weapon than a shotgun. Anything close enough for a repeater is too close for a sniper.
