if you dont have much time, get the sure drop sets, like family heirlooms, cards, 3 sets of flowers, eggs and alcohol

i would honestly also go for the fossils, most of them are in one area, and they complete for me regularly

you are still sitting doing nothing between resupplies, which are an hour apart
