Black Arabian has the best acceleration but most of the role horses are comparatively the same once you get the right saddle and stirrups. Norfolk Roadster has the best speed, so that's been my choice seeing as if you're travelling long distances, acceleration comes second

I'd argue there isn't "the best horse" considering how the difference is tiny but I'd say one of the better horses to choose from would be Turkoman, Fox Trotter or Norfolk Roadster
