"Good and Dead" is the easiest. If you successfully stealth it, you don't need to waste any ammo or tonics. Once the mission starts set a timer on your phone for 12min. You'll make 0.96 gold and about $100 every time

Also if you make a rockstar account on their website, link it with your ps account and set up the 2-step verification, you get 10 gold bars for free a day or two later.

For legendary bounties the max profit would be 30 MINUTES and there’s no timer. so the second you gain control of your character after the cutscene that’s when you can start the 30 min counter yourself. Or keep track of time.
