Dbowing a trader cargo for the goods or stealing the wagon would not be griefing, but the action of doing it would be intentionally annoying another person; so even though you are doing an action that is fine to do, the act of annoying another player is what is actually defined as griefing.

Dbowing trader cargo is an easier time to steal cargo since it's in bags and not in a big ass wagon with no cover or speed.
Even though the trader is annoyed and losing money for having their wagon blown up, they can still get their bags to the buyer for money, and the raider and take the goods for more goods or resources for themselves.

Dbowing is a dickish move but more effective if you're ballsy enbough to attack a run in the first place.

In GTA, people who use aim assist cannot play with free aim players, they are seperated into free-aim and aim-assist lobbies.
In RDO both Aim assist Full and Free aim players play together, and on PC it's cancerous.
For an average PC player to have the same level of accuracy requires them to have paint it black, but a controller user can use anything else instead of PIB.

Nothing very consistent without spending bars but you could try hunting or free roam missions

There are also the blood money missions
