Nope not really, the golden mandioo makwa is part of the of the 12 legendary animal missions that Harriet gives out and can be played multiple times. Whenever the missions refreshes to that specific animal.

Besides the 12 naturalist missions, the other like 38 legendary animals are more rare on the account of it showing up randomly.
And you can only set off one legendary triggers every three in game days.
(Trigger sets itself off and refreshes itself)

we're on different platforms so I can't physically help you, but for now just go do the main missions, get the treasure from the treasure map you get every 5 levels, and save up enough gold to buy into a role

the role mainly depends on your play style. if you want a more passive role, I would buy into collector or trader. collector is going around the map getting full sets of collectables, and trader is mainly hunting

if you want something with more PvE, buy into bounty hunter

This is a grindy game that requires a lot of hours; there are no shortcuts. Do your dailies and do the treasure maps to get gold. Bounty Hunter gives gold once you get it. Just enjoy the game and you’ll level up in time

Without roles and things to do it can feel very pointless just wandering around. So if you’re in that situation I could see it being boring

Playing with other people always helps make it fun, especially if you’re actively running missions. Start a moonshine batch, take a legendary animal mission from Harriet, but kill it for cripps and start a trader delivery; then do a legendary bounty, and now it’s time to deliver the moonshine etc.

With the Bolt Action you need to be careful in where you shoot it and make sure you use regular bullets, otherwise you risk ruining the pelt.

You need to do the missions that are opposite your honour, so if you did everything with high honour, you need to drop your honour to low and you’ll see new missions

Grinding, daily/weekly challenges. The challenges are the key to getting a lot of gold. You build up streaks that are paying out ridiculous amounts.

For me when I didnt had the bounty hunter license I had to find people that has the licenses and they'll help you out grind gold thats how I got my license

It’s a hunting/selling business with Cripps. This is the role where rich players are made. It will take some grinding but once you get the right strategy you’ll be selling full carts fast for $600 each.

But for gold you won’t receive any

Only the bounty hunter role pays gold
