Idk why exactly, but if you look well, the area around is flooded and the tree is a bit broken. My theory is that a big wave took the boat, elevated it and crashed it on the the tree.

It's a possibility bc it happened in the lake Leman (in Switzerland)... a wave came from nowhere (6-10m) and devastated the coast
