OK I just had the most rare thing happen in the game. It wasn't around the eagle eye but it acted similarly. It also wasn't the dead eye that's empty. I started sprinting and immediately got a very loud bassy sound very similar to when the eagle eye goes into cool down or wutev th that is but a massive red flash went across the screen with no prompts of anything. This has happened I think twice now in almost 800 hrs of play. EXTREMELY RARE! Maybe I can get the motivation to some day edit all my small vids and throw em up....maybe.

Used D.E. till it was completely drained then used tobacco for the yellow ring then I drank some brandy to beef up the core and it wouldn't do anything. So I just tested it and I was right, it was a bug or something.

Is this mission completely f'd up for others like it is me? I bet getting gold on this is just not gonna happen nowadays.
