Yeah that’s it if it’s the first time meeting him he will give you an intro mission. Once you finish that make sure you’ve checked your mail for the message from Martenelli then go to the correct place in Saint Denis for the cutscene go back to one of the criminals and go choose blood money and then right bumper over to the opportunities tab
