an advice, since you're a new player, don't spend your money on clothes and food. Hunt animals to cook meat. You can spend your money on ammunition. Also, hunting animals can give you some XP points. Wait until level 50 and you can go crazy with your money. Do missions, save up gold and buy a role that will benefit your character. (Collector role is the best way to earn huge cash) I'm on lvl 87 on XB1 btw @grave condor
