Might just be another npc bug thing since I can only see a person. Rdr2 is literally a game, not a creepy pasta or even something beyond that. Rdr2 (now a days unfortunately) are just full of bugs and glitches since majority of the developers have left for gta6 or went to do their own thing

Correction, there are a lot of files within the rdr game. There are many unused npcs, sharks, and even animals that they didn’t take out but have left in the out of bound area. You can literally see unused sharks out of bounds of guarma.
