You grow it to about level seven by just waiting a long time and once it's there it'll give you a message saying this won't grow any longer without hair tonic. At this point you need to drink hair tonic though I don't know how much or how often I just drank three hair tonics whenever it felt right and you have to wait a long time. There is a glitch at Van Horn to skip days really quickly though

Hosea tends to have this stern and brooding look all the time on any mission, and at any time he is not being watched by others. He's always peering off. He's thinking. Likely about Bessie and his pheumonia.

He does this while singing on that mission - you never get a photo like this in the game randomly with Hosea, no other opportunity. He is a family man, he's not a fan of being alone.

Close ups of Tilly are not as attractive as she looks from afar or on console, she has really fine detail in her face on pc that gets fucked by the muddy lighting

she has large cheeks and a whiter face than she should if she was all black - she is obivously light mulatto.

its hard to specifically do images like this- you have to time them right or they look awful. there is an element of direction that must be expressed.

i enjoy the fishing trip for photos bc its a particular snapshot of these three men together, which is uncommon in game

My best photo- by chance, mostly.

Another one I like. Uncle's model is special, like John's pre 1907, Abigail's, and Arthurs. It contains a lot more detail because they had more time to really chiesel his details in. His old model was always too fat, too. His beard contains the specific detail of Arthur's as well- it does the unique stuff in the light in the way other facial hair does not; it is not fully opaque. Other people have more opaque hair- they probably groom it more, like the ladies. Oil helps that. So does having dark hair... Uncle obiviously is old, cleans in a river and prefers to stay dirty, never changes clothes and never tends to shave. Like Arthur, ironically.

this is just an outfit i made in like ten seconds by accident when i bought the panther cloak and had the nevada hat in my hat collection - i just usually use the stupid judicious acessory and never bother with hats, since its a proper feather hat with duck and eagle fecks. I like it even if nobody else does - i usually wear long coats and vests anyway, which is the proper use of a big feather clip.

and this is my most common outfit, it works in most of the game most of the time.

I'll have more if i can, but thats it for now.

Not a lot of good photography happens much after now, the game ramps up on the in engine cutscenes, reduces the real notable fly on the wall stuff. Most of it is in chapter 2 and chapter 4, the smokier and more part-cloud the day is and closer to night, the less the engine bleaches out the colors with lighting, if youre wondering why my images pop. Grizzlies is different- you want it to not be overcast or cloudy bc the game actually handles the reflective lighting in snow well, just not the whiting of colors in bright sunlight. They look real, just not cinematic. Movies are the same way.

as i said the colors dont work right when light bleaches them at all. It looks incredibly realistic otherwise.

its a combination of powering down the lighting for later patches for some reason and the weird bleach filter light has in rockstar games to demonstrate dryness in the air.

on days where it is more humid and places the same, the sun will be more yellow than white.

basically the light is thicker on later patches, its hard to explain.

I say that and New Austin is particularly brownish yellow bc of the filter they use
