To unlock the cheats you gotta type them in. Just go to settings and press Y or ∆ and and enter what it says. Entering it unlock the cheat code but doesn't activate it so you don't have to worry about disabling trophies as soon as you type it in. Also it makes it so you cant save so you'll go back to when you last saved it anyway.
