In chapter 3, when you go to John's mission (first part) where he explains about the oil. he rides out to valentine. if you follow him he'll stop around the saloon and be stuck there. I threw fire bottle on the horse and the horse died but john is indestructibal, I threw dynamite and he lives. I got wanted and he joined in :o

I believe this is on PC aswell, In your pause menu there should be a section called ā€˜social clubā€™ if you go to that you should be able to access every photo you have taken with the ingame photo mode
