4. They spawn a bit rarely but not as rare as the panther. They spawn most likely in big valley by the river and by the road at the Legendary Moose location north of Annesburg. I find them more frequently in those places and sometimes they spawn twice in a row which is really nice

Usually on areas like Saint Denis all around is bit dangerous example Dead eye is important to locate predators and made your path easyer.

I find it easier with the horse to hunt panthers. when the horse bucks you off, it doesn't attack right away, so you'll have enough time to dead eye and shoot it
