If you let this happen you can take the Husband’s horse which just so happens to be a Black Arabian Horse, so you can feel bad for this guy and take every thing he has left + get a good horse

Unsure about Micah's revolver specifically, and I think only one person has mentioned, so far, from what I am remembering, but usually any weapon you pick up, Should, be saved in your 'weapon inventory'.

I think it would have been better if they killed of johns wife and kid in the main story, john having a wife and kid and a house while riding around doing fked up stuff and barely seeing his family doesnt go well in the story and doesnt make any sense at all. He would have been better of as a rough ruthless good/bad nomadic lonewolf. the family story and wife story is bad and poorly written.
