I think many people had a problem with the cleaver. It’s the only thing on the compendium I couldn’t get because it says at the fence in Saint Denis that I was already carrying a Cleaver, but I didn’t have one on me in my inventory. But this was after completing the game I checked on this so if you haven’t completed the main story yet, make sure the cleaver gets added to the compendium. That’s if you want to collect everything.

It's just that there is a difference between the compendium in my game save and what the rockstar social club compendium say. One says I have collected 60 (the game) and the other (web) says only 40. I'm hoping, since I need 48 total, that the local game save is what is important.
