High honor will give you store discounts, Arthur will be kind and jolly in open world interactions and random npc dialogue, but with low honor you’ll get more loot when robbing/looting but Arthur will be more angry and hostile towards people

also it affects the ending mainly, high honor and low honor will have different endings

But if you want aim assist but don't wanna play with controller, just connect controller, use it when you load in, then switch to using keyboard&mouse while the controller is still connected, free aim assist activated 😉
