- Make a new folder call it what ever you want put the mod manager files in it
- If your mod i not an asi and its like a folder in rar file and inthe folder rin rar file there is an xm file called install put in lol folder then activate it using mod manager (if your mod is an texture file then make a new folder in lml and call it stream and put the texture files in it)
- For rampage mod or other asi files (scripts) you need to download rdr2 scripthook and rdr2 asi loader i think there is already an asi loader in scripthook file called dinput8 put all those in your directory

i got it after like 6 hours of trying to get a cougar or panther i found a vid that just showed get off ur horse walk around and it will spawn. so i did that turned off autsave and had a saved file and if it was not a perfect panther i just would go back to the saved file and after 2 tries it worked

im working on it now and im in chapter 3
however you do need to use a mod
theres a few mods that will simply remove the new austin invisible sniper
but i prefer the one that removes the red zones entirely, that way you can actually go in cities like blackwater, talk to vendors, etc
or you can use a trainer and make it so youre never wanted in that area and it also can disable the sniper

when you’re on the horse remove them and make your weapon inv empty, then after few seconds of riding open the wheel again and select the weapons you want and keep them selected don’t switch to fists or revolvers and holster them
when you get off they should be there on your back
