Doesn’t work when in scope and also (I think I’m not too sure cuz it’s happened sometimes but don’t rly remember well) if you don’t have enough bullets loaded like for eg. you have 3 rounds loaded atm then in deadeye you can only mark 3

You can use stirrups for increasing speed and acceleration and also win races to get permanent increased speed but it all comes from the base stats if those base stats are less even after getting the best stirrups and such the horse won’t be too good
But for health and stamina that’s fixed you can only slow down the drain rate for the cores with saddles if I’m not wrong
the stamina and health does increase based on your bonding level but then again it’s based on the base stats
