If you do the mission where you destroy the bridge in chapter 6 (been a while since i played the game) then do the rain falls mission he’ll make a remark while talking with you about the bridge in the context of “that destroyed bridge over there, was it my son’s doing as well?” Then arthur replies saying that he doesn’t have anything to do with it.

And for looting bodies, it depends on who they are and what they were doing from my knowledge

if you kill and rob and innocent guy, your honor will most likely go down, but if it was a lemoyne raider, it most likely wont

you dont need to get the same gun, you only need 2 pistols/revolvers. Bring up your weapons tab and in the top center there should be 2 arrows, which will allow you to dual wield. Go to your horse's weapons and then equip the guns you want to dual wield
