No bounty, there is Wallace station, northeast of Strawberry, where you'll find a rich people hanging out, if you rob the ladies, then ride away a good distance, until the law is off you(If they were alerted) then ride back, the rich people will have reset. You can repeat this over and over until you get the right jewelry you need.
