Once you killed them, it really takes a while before they spawn again. I don't know if its patched, tried doing the 2 days sleeping and going back and fort to st. Denis but nothing. Yeah people are always quick to blame Micah for the St. Denis bank robbery going wrong, but the game never alludes to him ever being the cause of it. Dutch made too much noise and drew too much attention to themselves with their activities in St. Denis, like robbing the trolley station and murdering Angelo Bronte. By that time the Pinkertons likely knew they were in the area and would eventually rob the bank there, and they were right. The Pinkertons knew where they were and what they were doing, like Arthur said.

Yes, they knew their plan because Dutch kept making the same mistakes and the Pinkertons were able to catch onto their activities. This does not prove nor is it a way of the story implying that there is a rat. It was a combination of the Van Der Linde gang's activities in Saint Denis and their predictable behavior that led the Pinkertons straight to the bank robbery.

As Arthur said in Chapter 6, "Maybe we just pushed things too far. Maybe time for folk like us has passed. We don't need a rat. We got sloppier than the town drunk, and they know who we are, where we are, and what we're doing."

But like I said over and over, Micah ratted them out. Isn't that easy to understand? At a narrative point, What Arthur said was sort of like it's pointless now to blame anyone with what everything had happened. Blaming/prosecuting Micah isn't worth it/priority since he has limited time and had to save the people he could save. If you are still not convinced, What the point of John's redemption?

You can get a black Arabian in Chapter 4, it may have good speed but the health and bravery are garbage. Plus the horse is literally a pony sized animal.
