I was able to get something that somewhat resembles him:

1. Middle Parted 4 or 5 (right parted 5 with overshirt spread without hat)
2. Try to get his weight at perfect or at least a bit above that
3. For his cowboy outfit, switch out the cassimere shirt for a white everyday shirt/overshirt and his ranch pants for black striped town pants, and add black kneller rider spurs to give somewhat give that ranch pant illusion or whatever and for boots arthurs boots look more accurate
