Why do everyone hate Javier so much? Honestly both in and out of game he gets nothing but hate and i don't see it.

A he never betrayed john and arthur instead taking a more neutral stance.

B He looks awesome

C He is very kind

D he plays the guitar

And most importantly he refuses to attack john, rdr2 points his gun the air despite being pressured by dutch (who he looked up too) and in the first one he flees to avoid conflict, and lets be honest. If he had shot john when he threw that box, John would have died, he had no time to react.

Well, fishing is pretty good. Also gathering meat from Gator's, hunting in general is also fairly decent. Then there is Exploring houses that are not ranches, you can make some easy money there.
