I’m about to start a FULL realism play-through of RDR2 then RDR1. By realism I mean:
-Eating 2-3 meals a day
-Walking when appropriate
-Camping/Staying at hotel when it gets late
-Completing missions in appropriate order/appropriate time of day
-Not shooting up a whole town
-Drinking/Smoking/Gambling on occasion for what’s appropriate

Pretty much playing as if Arthur was a real ass person. Do y’all have any other suggestions?

rob a person on his horse/wagon or one who's camping, its something Arthur did and still is supposed to do at that time, also gives you some extra cash and valuables, I also recommend doing the store side businesses when you are around a store who has one.

-For horses: Don't ride them when youre in a town, stable or hitch them if you are not using them dont just leave them out in the open, no whistling unless theyre right near by, feed them, wash them by the river and brush them, and do not gallop full speed unless youre fleeing from something
-If you have to kill someone, hide the body where it cannot be found.
-No campfire fast travel, only stagecoach and train.

-And use free aim if you think you have the skill for it. It's more realistic in that no normal man can aim with lock on. Restrict Deadeye to a minmum as well

-When hunting priortize three star pelts and use every huntung mechanic (bair, cover scene, the right weapon)

So there's some pretty cool mini games you can play on Guarma. I'd bet a lot of people have done this already.
From your main camp if you walk west along the river you can snag a couple boars and grab the attention of some surrounding guards as well. They just keep coming but if you take out like 1 or 2 of the teams they send, then run up the hill and hide a bit you can go back and loot some of those cheap f's!! GL getting much though but I'd be willing to bet if you got enough of them, or had the good RNG, you might find something a little nice. Meh, maybe not.

I swear the poison effects are a toss up. Also since I reloaded after I was bitten by a snake.
This is my 3rd run and not one other time did I start getting the red skull on the health side of the personal stats before having a coughing fit. In fact I don't remember every getting it even after I was diagnosed.
Very weird and seems total RNG.
Especially since I just took ginseng and miracle tonic. I started getting the poison alert in Guarma and it stayed even after I reloaded with auto off. I haven't had auto on in probably 630 hrs.

I can go to the dr. rn but all he will do is show me his catalogue. Weird.
