First off, your gonna see a lot of people saying the Moral Boost Upgrades like with the better living spaces and what not is bad, this is wrong

Moral Boosts mean more Donations

#

along with that, if you Upgrade Dutch's tent, more Donations roll in

Upgrading the Three Wagons also means better supplies you can get from them if you need something
