  1. Reduced the chance for dogs to accompany bounty hunters
  2. U.S Marshall (level 4) and Pinkerton Agent (level 5/max bounty) will now hunt you down once you incurred enough bounty
  3. Reduced Pinkerton accuracy, they are no longer aimbots. this will also increase Arthur's chance of survival when sneaking into Great Plains

Crimes

  1. Minor crimes are disabled, lawmen now ignores you commiting minor crimes
  2. Wilderness is now completely lawless, you can commit as many crimes as you want without problem
  3. Train Robbery no longer makes you instantly wanted

Witness

  1. Witness Is now limited to 1, once you stop them, there will be cooldown before another witness appear
  2. Witness is disabled in the wilderness

AI

  1. Lawmen are now much more skilled, and will take cover regularly
  2. Reduced Pinkerton accuracy, they are no longer aimbots

Dispatch

  1. Respawning rider and wagon is now disabled, once you kill all lawmen and riders, the pursuit will end
  2. Lawmen sometime use elite horses during pursuit, such as MFT, Turkoman or Arabian

Loadout and Health

  1. Lawmen have more health, enough to make them tougher but not enough to make them bullet sponges
  2. Dispatched Lawmen now carries rifles and shotguns, professional lawmen also carries pistol as their sidearm
  3. Lawmen guns are always clean
  4. NPC's now carries more revolvers, instead of just cattleman

He was still a bad person. I mean, he killed hundreds, probably even at least a thousand people. He killed lawmen, innocent civilians, and many others. He is an outlaw, and he will always be one. Just because some people play him with good honor (No offence to those people, because I also play high honor) it doesn't mean his 'sins' were erased and he is now a kind soul who never hurt anyone.
Anyway, that's just my take on it... Sorry I can't explain well. It's late and I'm tired.
