You shouldn't be losing health from Under/over weight. You get passive Bonuses to your health or stamina, though. More health if Over weight, but less stamina, and reverse for Under.

Turn off useless-but-high-fps-consuming shit, like shadows or sum shit u dont need

Turn shadows down, turn tree tessellation off, keep water reflection/refraction and physics on the lower scale, turn down volumetric lightning and turn off ambient screen occlusion, those are the biggest resource hogs aside from flat out texture quality, but you want to keep that on ultra wherever possible

But, Bit of Advice, once you actually are on the first Hunting Requests missions, look up all of the animals you need Online, because as you progress from List to List, the animals become harder to find. It's super bull crap.

A couple you really can't get beforehand, Like Skunk Carcass, since they will probably rot. But, Birds and such, that go into your Satchel, they won't rot, so, definitely get all of those.
