The warped brindle is a pain to find. I usually find it up on the mountain just west of Wapiti. Ride up the hill through some woods until you get to a clearing. Hitch there and head north-east to and up the rocks/mountain and listen for the horse neighing.
It's a cool horse but the red chestnut arabian actually has better stats and is easier to find. That's a good alternative.

Hrm, occasionally, especially early on, they lock you to specific weapons. Maybe in that case, you were supposed to just use your knife?
Though, I'm guessing you are saying you are stuck with your knife out and you had to just knock him out? Unsure what System you are on, but PS the O button should put your knife(or gun) away.

Ya. You can. Revivers, a couple bucks, stuff like that. Instead of shotting the rider, just jump onto the horse, then shoot the owner. Usually works for me

In my first play through, on the mission in Chapter 6, after rescuing Abigail, I actually thought for a few seconds that Arthur was going to Ride away to the camp, and the camera was going to stay on Sadie, and it was going to switch the control to her, and she would be the Main Character. Than after bringing Abigail to Jack and Tilly, You'd ride off to help Arthur and find him dead and get the Satchel. Or, some such..... But, meh, John and milking cattle in the epilogue, whee.

People really fancy a new Red Dead with Sadie as the protagonist. It's such a bad fucking idea. Some even suggest another prequel to when the gang was at their peak which is also another awful idea. It really doesn't fit the narrative of Red Dead Redemption, playing as Sadie alone is an awful idea. If they're gonna give us a female character I'd rather play as Black Belle. Sadie is an overrated character and a sloppy gunslinger and if they were to make a complete story for her it really wouldn't be a wild west game anymore. The most realistic way for a new Red Dead game would be a Landon Ricketts backstory up to the Blackwater massacre.

Don't particularly stress over what guns are the best, use what you like in each type (Revolver, Pistol, Shotgun, Repeater, Rifle), and use whatever horse you like best tbh
Story Mode is honestly a lot less...aggressive combatwise compared to online in the sense of; You can still keep going very easily with the Cattleman and Repeater Carbine you get.

You walk in the cabin and u see the guy drawn on a map coming from a portal to the egyptian times, to modern day, etc.. and the woman that comes is the guy's mother, apparently, the guy you encountered wasnt supposed to be there, he was actually just born, and the mother's husband died so she thought u were asking about her husband and not the child she was holding, so the guy time traveled to when he was born, and he seems from modern times since he wears a modern jumper and talking with modern slangs,

i used this mod Optimized settings for 2 Gb graphics cards off of nexusmods so rdr2 would look better i was using it since February all was good but about a week ago when i started up the game it didn't keep the settings that this mod gives and i just re did the installation process of the mod and it seems that the game doesn't care about what the file adjustment has done and change the settings back to the crappy ones i then set the file to read only but the game keeps changing them back but the file hasn't been changed but the game is changing it back to the bad settings can anyone help me or is anyone using this mod and is having the same bother.
