Get arrested ( just antagonize then surrender )

As soon as you get on foot after the jail sequence pause your game and exit to main menu ( or just exit the game entirely )

because the honor you gain in chapter 6 from cancelling the debts is massive

9 is indeed the suck. I had a Notepad file with all the herbs, and I had them all checked off as I was going, but then my computer died, ouf... so much for that. But, at least I know I am done with all the Orchids, since I finished the Exotic missions, and I know I can't get to the new Austin regions. I'm just down to a couple random ones... le sigh

They all do.

Get them to 10 and buy the whole set from the Trapper.

That will raise one of the stats. There are 3 challenges for each of the stats, completing all 3, plus purchasing the sets will get you to the 10th bar.
