I'm playing RRD2 on my laptop, and I have a question about graphic settings and fps.
My laptop:

Asus TUF F16
Intel Core I7 13650HX
RTX 4060
16 GB RAM
1920 x 1200 165 HZ
Always play on a metal Stand (to raise the laptop) and use Turbo mode.

I tried to set settings on Medium and the highest resolution, the fps is always on 75.
I tried higher fps limiter but the game caps to ~80 fps. And the temps are 88-95 (degrees) for CPU and below 80 for GPU.

Also on other games (CS2, WarThunder, Ghost of Tsushima) I always limit fps to 90 HZ to make temps below 90 (degrees). Despite enabling DLSS or not.

So is these temps with these settings normal?

GOD i love that scene.... "Get down here now, you inbred trash!" is ENGRAVED into my mind... chapter 4 is where i stopped seeing it as a cowboy game, i can remember the bank heist SO well, sitting there in shot when lenny died, one of my favourite characters.... and i felt dread in 5, and confusion, i wanted to run around the island but it felt like you werent allowed to, real streamlined yk... chapter 6 is prob my favourite chapter, everything you did in the previous chapters gets brought back (storywise). i remember HATING micah, i deadass have never felt that much hatred to a character since then.... i cried at the ending, i was high honor with john, i think i spent multiple hours crying because of it... its just aghhhh i love rdr2 so much
