Play with settings to get latency/frametimes lower.

Im around 5-8ms so i dont see any stutter unless i turn on my second monitor and start opening browser tabs spotify and discord. But if i go back to my game and give it a sec it will plane out and wont stutter til i start doing stuff on the second monitor
