Best to encounter that ambush heading east from Catfish Jackson's as there is a huge oak tree you can take cover behind. So quickly dismount and get in cover and pick them off one by one. If you're in cover, the guy with the gatlin gun won't shoot

What's a pure Arabian? I don't know why you're being recommended an Ardennes for more Stamina than an Arabian, but no Ardennes has more Stamina than any Arabian. Stamina/Health will increase with bonding.

Hell, the horse with the most Stamina is one of the Arabians.

the only thing that statistically and realistically differentiates stallions and mares is their hormones. a gelding is more similar to a mare. males are typically more attached to humans, but thats not a must. mares tend to struggle with hormones, making them nasty from time to time. a stallion is only unsuitable because their hormones can cause trouble and they often dont get along with mares and stallions for obvious reasons.

which is why they were gelded unless used for breeding...

You’d be correct on the fact it doesn’t get spooked easily when getting chased or anything like that. From my experience, sad I even have to clarify that, it rarely got spooked throughout my first play through when I had it

so its better for evading the law
