I don't know EXACTLY how the mechanic works, but I also have a lvl 7 spartan stache. I had downed some hair tonics and it didn't grow either. I bet there's something in there about not being able to grow if the lowest point is too low.

Keep in mind, those last few levels can take a while even with a hair tonic. The more hair tonics, the better

Does anyone else have the bug where later on in the game, the "Save Outfit" option bugs out and then you can't save 4 or 5 outfits, only 2 and they eventually save in the wrong order too?

Like, say you deleted all saved outfits, then you start again, save one thinking it'll save as Outfit 1, but it saves as Outfit 2 or 3.

And it's not just about outfits being where they should be, it's also about it bugging out when you want to create a whole new wardrobe of outfits, the "Save Outfit" bugs out.

And do not forget to get the legendary buck trinket, it will help thee

And also they will be running across the roads near horseshoe overlook
