Its slightly random, but if hes outside his tent smoking a cigar you can usually trigger it

Usually if the angtonise button is grayed out it works

And for lennys watch, it triggers when hes telling a story around the campfire

I have an app, which helps for 100% completion, which tells you how to trigger some of the camp requests

Some of the requests arent on there like javiers poison stuff, pearsons rabbit, Charles moonshine/poison stuff or jacks thimble etc etc but its helped me a fair amount

but regen is good

so you want that to be a plus
