I think it's Reverent Swanson.

He was very unstable and somehow, I think he is unintentionally a rat. Sometimes Swanson is at camp, sometimes Swanson is just gone doing what I don't know. I mean, he is not making any money but he was always drunk even outside the camp.

Swanson was the most vulnerable person at the gang, Pinkertons can use 3 methods to get him talking: Liquor, Religion or Both. In the end maybe Swanson might think he gets his own redemption by unintentionally giving informations to Pinkerton and I don't blame him for that, the gang was outlaw after all, a lot of people get hurt.
