So my 1%low was 4fps and my avg was 100fps. Settings were on ultra/high. I was recommended to change from vulkan to directX12 to help improve. I think Dutch was probably messed up before Micah got in his ear and Micah just sort of expedited his descent by being a yes man to all his crazy ideas, and twisting him against Arthur.

I don't think Dutch keeps his facade that well under pressure and the mask slips a little

Maybe facade isn't the right word because I think he believed in what he was trying to do for a long time, and did care about the gang. I think he was like 2 different people.

Hey, I thought if you got out of the area you commit a crime and get the witnesses off map, the game don't bounty you or did they patch that

There is also the fact that yeah they tend to not chase you into other states but it’s sometimes.. not all the time

The game bounties you based on county, if you leave and get them off of you AFTER the crime you still get a bounty placed on you in the respective state to which you committed the crime in

It would be dependent on if the witnesses actually saw who you were to get lawmen compared to unknown suspect where you wouldn’t get a bounty since lawmen dont know you did it
