It has to be a headshot though. Body shot ruins the pelt. I like chasing it on horse back and catching it with the lasso. Slowly pull it towards you and knife kill. No way to ruin the 3 star (unless you bump it with your horse)

If you sold that or don't have it, a lot of carriages usually have Shires. Most 4 horse carriages have one

As for the map , you have yellow circles for story main missions and white circles for sideline story missions . Sidelines get unlocked with time , based on honor as well as location

On the top left , on the edge you'll see some sheriff's waiting

After a few seconds they will look away and start walking in the other direction

Is there any way to effectively fix the err_gfxstate crash? i tried everything i found but all of these were just temporary solutions because after one day or less i got the same issue

Lancaster, Carbine, or Evans?

I refuse to believe just because one is more expensive than the other at the gun store that it's better

when i first played, i used the evans, because of the 26 round capacity

so i could use dead eye with with 26 shots, 26 ded guys

I like the Carbine because it's a bit quicker on the repeat. It's my goto generally. If you have the rifling improved and take the time to make a bunch of split-point cartridges you can get a lot done in a short period of time.

I have played through a couple times and now I'm going full-on criminal in the epilogue. It's quite liberating
