There is a semi-reliable method up at the small iced lake. Usually when you first start the game, the first moose is spawned up at Cairn Lake.

there has been one there at first, in all of my playthroughs on every platform

I may have had one time it spawned by the white Arabian

those are my two go to spots for when I first start the game

after that it gets super unreliable

I even had one spawn in a really random place one time, like down Riggs Station?

it was super strange

the two better spawn points AFTER you first start is around the Lake by Strawberry and up by the Legendary Moose area

I am playing rdr2 story mode and really enjoy it

But every time i load my game up my guns dissapear all except my revolver

Then when i go to the gun store to buy my guns i had it said already owned and i cant buy it

Does anyone here know where i get all my guns back? Id really appreciate any help!

I’ve played this game so many times but never 100%ed it.. I should really try. I always replay but end up fizzling out after chapter 3

I kinda wish I had a save game where I avoided as much as possible so I could do the stranger missions as John.. not sure how many can be done by him tho

Also wondering if you get the gold bars early, before you find a treasure map, can you lock yourself out of the Explorer Challenges? Forget if I got treasure gold bars on this save
