Van horn. Solely because I can then cause a massacre if I get too angry. Best advice is to sit at the seat that gets dealt first, if the number is high then you immediately leave and join again. Make a save prior to starting. This may take minutes to hours so make yourself comfortable and put on a movie or watch a podcast
