There isn’t really a limit on how far you can go, unless you want to study the 8 animals of guarma (which they aren’t required for platinum)

I will say that animal spawns are more scarce (specially animals that spawn rarely) during the epilogue, I recommend starting in chapter 6

Small game arrows if you want perfect carcass, varmint rifle if you want the zoologist/skin every animal trophy. You can find both birds in air but they are harder to shoot, you can find a cardinal resting in rocks in the rivers near valentine or in a rock at the exit of horshoe overlook (outside the two falling trees that collide together, go silently).
But the woodpeckers are weird, haven’t seen none of them resting, only flying around

I think after the death of bronte, Pinkertons were sent into the city, considering people most likely would have heard the gun fire in the house, milton found out about the bank, Abigail and hosea were scouting the bank so maybe some agents saw them without being noticed and notifed Milton about it? No clue how they would have known when they would rob the bank so agents were probably placed inside the city waiting for the gang

I don't think the bank was a setup, the Pinkertons were already very close in Rhodes and even found their camp and after the gang went to shady bell and caused a lot of trouble and noise there like the trolly heist and the revenge on Bronte the Pinkertons probably caught on and were most certainly send to the city to be on look out for the gang

Arabian is faster because it is smaller and more skiddish, but it scares REALLY EASY, the Fox Trotter is faster but not faster than the Arabian and it doesn't scare easy from what I know

Arabian is the fastest horse, but it'll buck you off if a single predator is nearby, it's a massive pussy

The Fox Trotter won't buck you off unless it gets really agitated by a predator (aka if the damn thing is attacking you) so it's fast and not a pussy 💀
