personally i wouldn't say it's the best horse, but stats wise the white arabian can be found at lake isabella in the far north west of the map, in the mountains

early in the game its a good horse if you want stats, but later in the game once you start unlocking horses at the stables (at saint denis and blackwater for example) i would sell it and get another horse from the stable immediately

i found out if you replay missions in rdr2 the world is the same as it is in epilogue 2 so if you blow up the bridge with john it stays normal while replaying missions lol

you have to get it knocked off somehow

just get in a fist fight or fall off of your horse, do something that will cause the hat to fall off then pick it up again

same goes for john's worn flat cap, it's an exclusive colour i believe

What stranger missions can only arthur do? Kinda want to do a playthrough saving stranger missions for the end, but not all are accessible in the epilogue.

Off the top of my head, there's all the gang centric side missions (obviously), the one woman you need to teach to hunt, and Arcadia for Amatures part 3 which john can't do. Luckilly the only thing that mission offers especially is the mission playthrough itself and a chance to get a silver dapple pinto early, but john can get one of those of his own free will.
