- no sadly except for some cutscenes where if you hold a button you skip but it doesnt work for travelling

if you have lots of tonics and good guns you keep them when replaying a mission which makes it easier, you can hold v for cinematic camera and you dont have to control your horse on the long horse rides, you still have to wait though
