They are hard to find in story mode, it’s easier in online, btw, I can’t recall the exact place, but there was some spot at the north of strawberry, near the mountains, that they used to spawn, google it up, something like, cougar spawn in strawberry something like that

What I do is I first take the first few ones slow, find which buttons they are, then place my fingers above those and repeatedly tap them fast. As long as you're clicking after the other one fast, you'll probably win if you do at least 5 points, but I usually do 7+.

No problem! Idk if you've beaten the game, so I won't say where the final one is (contains spoilers). Always make sure to donate kills and what not to the trapper for money and incase you need them for crafting stuff. Only other thing would be to Pearson for camp upgrades. I'd also recommend keeping any 3 star pelts and carcasses that fit in your bag for when you start the hunting request because deliberately looking for those is a pain in the ass.

I usually just use the White Arabian because I like the look, the fact you have to find it and it's pretty damn fast (the other stats are good too).
It's all up to preference though because some horses don't die as easy and others are fast.

Yeah check around catfish and you should have one ambush you eventually. I do know one strategy is to kill a deer, bring the corpse over to a specific spot and wait because the panther should come over to eat it iirc

Hey I'm a new PC player I played thru on PlayStation and wanted to really dive into this. When I do dead eye and my cursor crosses anything shootable (red glow) it starts loading my shots ❌ up automatically. Hunting perfect pelts is almost impossible.
On PS4 I could do those individually and spread them out to other targets. I tried unholding one of the 2 buttons while I'm in dead eye and it doesn't fix this issue.

So right now I'm kind of sandboxing in this game (Chapter 2), ignoring the main quest and doing lots of hunting, exploring, side quests, and trying to get the challenges done. I'm on Bandit 5 now (get $250 bounty) and I read that the best way to do this is simply to complete the quest Blessed are the Meek. Well it just so happens that Micah has been sitting in Strawberry jail a very long time, as that's when I decided to put the main quest on hold to do other stuff. But I don't want to do anything that would impact the sandbox game I'm enjoying right now. If I complete Blessed are the Meek, will change anything else in the game in a way I can't get back?

Yes, you won't be able to enter Strawberry for a while.
Your best bet is to just shoot up a town, pay it off and let it cool down. Your best bet is Saint Denis as you find tons of people, especially in a saloon.

Everything I've read says that equipping is cosmetic only. Once you have the talisman/trinket, the effect is always active.
