Well, of course it fixed itself now after asking 😅 I've seen his camp empty over 10 times and found no information anywhere and nothing I did fixed it.

You can’t kill the bear in the mission but like a second after it ends you can track it again. Weapons, Outfits, Kit items, Trinkets, Talismans, Valuables, and Documents all transfer over to John in the post game.

not sure about ch3, but i know there are unlocks in ch4 after "The Gilded Cage" and iirc 6 unlocks Carcano Rifle at some point

should be all of them unlocked by then, just check every once in a while while you're progressing ig

chapter 3 unlocks evans repeater and Blessed are The Meek unlocks the schofield.

Gilded Cage unlocks the Lemat, M1899, and semi auto pistol,

u can get the carcano early when you go rustling with uncle

repeating shotgun and litchfield unlock in Goodbye, Dear Friend

there's a bunch of guns you can get early so yeah

if you want i can list them all

Yes you can but it requires you finding out how to start a hanging in san Denis killing a guard and i think one of them has a bolt action rifle

Uh you know the bounty hunting mission wherd you save Sean, after killing the first two bounty hunters quietly with Javier, you have to grab it off the second pair while going up the hill
