Dutch thought that John was against him, there's a camp interaction where Dutch asks John about the incident they had at the Saint Denis bank, implying that he thought John had something to do with it going wrong

and whether Dutch knew Micah was the rat or not might be a bit debatable, he definitely didn't know for sure in ch6 but in ep2 he either realized that Arthur was right or he suspected Micah of betraying him too, both reasons are good enough for Dutch to want to see him dead

the main story can give you some good money, search up treasure map locations on youtube

I'd recommend looking up the locations for the "Landmarks of Riches" treasure maps first, the last of those maps give you 6 gold bars which can be sold to any fence for $3000

you can find all the maps in that set in ch2 so it's pretty good money to get early

Fences can be found in Van Horn Trading Post, Rhodes, and Emerald Ranch. The fence at Emerald Ranch is only available after a mission with Hosea Matthews in ch2 is completed though, so if you haven't done it yet then go to one of the other two

Always loot the enemies you kill. Always. It's slow but it's something.

if you need to run though then run, you can always make more corpses later

trains in free roam aren't amazing for money, law comes by pretty quickly and if it's a passenger train then only the ones closest to the front of the train are really important and quick to rob

Try getting rid of the driver of a train so that you can stop it somewhere that lawmen won't be able to get to you from if you do rob them though

bro that is some mega bs that you cant replay stranger missions, when i killed emmet granger the revolver didnt drop so i reloaded the save and it said i had already killed him and i did it very late game and also you have literally 20 minutes to go and do pouring forth oil - II and i just realized this late in the game that now i have to make a new game if i want true 100% completion, and i have to grind all that hunting, challenges, and levels for stats all over again, i have to remember to do every mission again that i might possibly miss, etc.

Hello, I'm new to this server and i'm not sure if this is the right channel for this or not. But when I lasso a horse or human, my horse won't run while dragging them... (PC, Single Player Story) Has anyone else had this issue? I've looked all over the internet and can't find an answer, so this is my last hope of fixing this. 3300m is a long way to walk while dragging a body...lol

hello! been thinking about getting this game but i wanted to ask: how bad is the gore? i have a lot of younger siblings and a protective mom and while i know there is some pretty brutal stuff in this game, is it avoidable/common? a bit of blood is ok but what about dismemberment? thanks!

you dont really see dismemberment unless you use dynamite or shotguns, and for shotguns you'd have to be aiming at a limb or the head to actually take them off
