Alright so I came back to RDR2 and I'm currently going for 100%, now ik this isn't needed for 100% or at least what I've read and been told but I've been trying to get the Carolina Parakeets to spawn, not only for the compendium but for the little side quest as well. I have attempted so many different methods and spots from videos and stuff online for so long and cannot find them for the life of me, ik I found them a while back on a different save by random chance. Is there any guaranteed method to get them to spawn or do I have to keep basing this on luck, which I clearly have none. Btw I have been going to the spot above the U in Bayou (below the bait shop) and the one by Crawdad Willie's, by Shady Belle.

Above the Y in Bayou NWA. Make a save file at lagras at 11:55 AM and then ride to that spot and keep reloading the save if it isn’t there. Also get on top of the shack and spin around. That’s what I did. The parakeets weren’t there when I got there but when I climbed up on the shack and started turning around they appeared. They are very hard to see so make sure you have your gun pointed pass those two stumps

It’s not guaranteed but that’s how I found them
