If you do just one train robbery, a successful one with no bounty; you will have enough for surely enough rounds to atleast bust one person at every saloon

Simple, the cards you hold in your hands need to be relevant to the cards the dealer deals. Say the dealer had 7 8 9 10 11 cards, if you had for example, 8 and 11, it’ll increase the value of your cards, increasing your chance of winning.
