start from the very front passenger cars, those are first class and give the most money per passenger

dont expect the money you get to pay off the bounty you'll have from the heist, but it does make Bandit 7 i believe easier

Bandit 7 i believe is robbing $50 worth of money off of travelers and townsfolk, so robbing first class townsfolk on trains makes it quick and easy

Save Editor DOES have option for sending fish... If you want to try it.(just back up your saves by copying your saved game folder). The saves should be under your user's MY documents/Rockstar Games/Red dead redemption 2/profiles/EC55E13E/ saves will be here...You can copy the entire rockstar folder if you want to backup ALL your rockstar games saved games. or just red dead redemption two(usually what i do if you play online at all) But for just save editing singleplayer, just that EC5513E(or profile folder before it). Copy them since i dont trust the backup save option of the editor...just copy them to your desktop. XB36Hazard is who made the save editor launcher

After i beat the game, and "100% completed the game", i added mods and trainers...and found that save editor. So if its your first playthru and you have an issue, id suggest backing up your save folder and trying save editing(if your not using mods...) mods with save editor can mess things up in game and ruin your save. But i just heard the fish shipping problem and thought of how to help if you actually cant do it ingame and tried everything...Other option is reverting back to a earlier save...but you might end up with same problem.
